Whether it’s a child struggling with big emotions, a teen feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, or an adult simply wanting to feel more grounded—individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and begin to rebuild balance.
At Bridgepoint Family Therapy, individual sessions are guided by curiosity, compassion, and connection. Together, we explore patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping your story today. For children and teens, therapy often includes creative and play-based approaches that help them express what words can’t always reach. For adults, it’s a collaborative process focused on understanding, growth, and restoring clarity.
Change doesn’t happen overnight—but small insights often lead to lasting shifts. My goal is to help each person feel seen, supported, and capable of moving forward with greater confidence and connection.
60-min session $150
Beginning March 1, 2026, Bridgepoint will be able to bill Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

Every relationship experiences moments of disconnection—times when communication feels harder, tension lingers longer, or the same argument seems to circle back again and again. Couples counseling offers a space to slow down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and begin rebuilding trust, respect, and emotional closeness.
At Bridgepoint Family Therapy, I draw from the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach that helps couples strengthen friendship, manage conflict more effectively, and create shared meaning. Through guided conversations and practical tools, you’ll learn to understand each other’s needs more deeply and respond in ways that foster connection rather than distance.
Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, preparing for marriage, or simply want to deepen your bond, therapy can help you create new patterns of communication and restore a sense of balance and partnership in your relationship.

Families are living systems—when one part of that system is hurting, everyone feels the impact. Family therapy provides a space to pause, listen, and work toward restoring connection. Whether it’s conflict between parents and teens, emotional distance, or stress that’s affecting everyone, therapy helps families learn new ways to communicate and support one another.
At Bridgepoint Family Therapy, my approach is guided by Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), an evidence-based model that focuses on rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional bonds, and creating a sense of safety within relationships. We work together to understand each person’s experiences and needs, helping families move from patterns of disconnection toward understanding, repair, and closeness.
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s connection. Small shifts in how we relate can open the door to deeper healing, resilience, and lasting change.

What to expect
The first step toward change can feel big, but it starts simply—with reaching out. We’ll begin with a brief, no-pressure consultation to see if we’re a good fit and to talk about what’s bringing you in.
From there, we’ll move at your pace in a space that’s safe, real, and collaborative. Sessions are focused on what matters most to you, helping you feel steadier, more connected, and better equipped to navigate whatever you’re facing.
